Return Policy If you need to return a book you ordered, go online to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) and a return shipping address: www.chcweb.com/returns . Books must be in unused condition to qualify for a refund. Once your return has arrived, you will be issued a refund of the cost of the books minus a 15% restocking fee . Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
